Grace For Your Day June 15

Communication is a challenge as old as life itself. We all need to do it. We all need to grow in it but we all struggle with it. We all wrestle with taming the tongue.

Much of the conflict in the world today would be spared if we could do that. Many of our problems would go away if we could tame it. Sometimes that would involve improving our speech but it would also involve listening more as well. We need to learn when to talk and when to be silent.

Fortunately, the Bible has a lot to say about this subject and one of our Elders, Quentin Smith, will be exploring this topic in a short series starting June 21. He will be looking at James 1 to show us what it has to say about the tongue. The study will cover three weeks and it will be recorded on our YouTube Channel because we believe this is something that we all need to hear. We all need to learn how to "be quick to hear, slow to speak and slow to anger." Please join us for this exciting event!
